The inaugural Hoops & Partners Internship launched November 6th as a pilot program in partnership with Tulsa Public Schools at McLain High School. The program is designed to equip students with workforce-ready skills through mentorship, career exposure, and hands-on learning experiences.
Students participate in weekly sessions that include business engagement, leadership development, and experiential learning opportunities such as sponsor outreach, design workshops, and college and career site visits.
Interns also interact with community business leaders and serve as ambassadors within their school.
The program culminates in the Hoops & Partners Annual All-Star Game on August 29th, where students play an active role in execution and community engagement.
